Welcome to Unscripted Thrills. By making a booking, payment, or participating in any trek, tour, camp, activity, or travel experience organised by Unscripted Thrills, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Unscripted Thrills.
Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking.
Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant may affect the booking or travel arrangements.
The participant is responsible for checking the booking confirmation, itinerary, reporting time, meeting point, inclusions, exclusions, and other important trip details.
Unscripted Thrills reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or other valid reasons.

2. Payment

Participants must make payments according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
The booking amount, balance payment, and applicable charges must be paid within the specified timelines.
Failure to make the required payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, convenience fees, and other applicable charges may be non-refundable.
Prices may vary depending on availability, season, transportation costs, accommodation costs, permits, or other operational factors.
Any additional services requested by the participant may be charged separately.

3. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

Provide accurate personal and contact information.
Arrive at the designated reporting point on time.
Follow the itinerary, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by the trip leader, guide, or Unscripted Thrills team.
Carry the required clothing, equipment, documents, identification, medicines, and personal essentials mentioned in the trip briefing.
Maintain appropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, staff, local communities, guides, drivers, accommodation providers, and other service partners.
Respect local culture, traditions, wildlife, environment, and government regulations.
Take responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
Inform Unscripted Thrills about any relevant requirement that may affect their participation before departure.

4. Trekking & Adventure Activities

Treks and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to difficult terrain, steep sections, altitude, cold weather, rain, snow, falling rocks, slippery surfaces, wildlife, road conditions, and limited access to medical facilities.
Participants must understand and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure travel.
Participants may be required to follow the instructions of guides, trek leaders, local authorities, or safety personnel at all times.
Unscripted Thrills may modify, postpone, restrict, or discontinue an activity if it is considered unsafe.
Participants who fail to follow safety instructions may be removed from the activity without entitlement to a refund.

5. Fitness & Medical Requirements

Participants should assess their own physical fitness and suitability for the selected trek, tour, or activity before booking.
Certain trips may have specific fitness, age, altitude, or experience requirements.
Participants are responsible for informing Unscripted Thrills about any relevant medical, dietary, mobility, or other requirement that may affect their participation.
Participants should carry any prescribed personal medication required during the trip.
Unscripted Thrills may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary for participant safety.
In case of a medical emergency, reasonable assistance will be provided; however, emergency response and evacuation may be subject to local conditions, availability, weather, and accessibility.

6. Itinerary & Schedule Changes

The itinerary provided at the time of booking is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, permits, local restrictions, transportation issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Reporting times, routes, accommodation, transportation, campsites, activities, or other arrangements may be changed when necessary.
Any such changes will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Changes made for safety or operational reasons will not automatically entitle participants to a refund.

7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Mountain and outdoor travel is highly dependent on weather and local conditions.
Unscripted Thrills reserves the right to alter, postpone, shorten, reroute, or cancel a trip where conditions may compromise participant safety.
Such circumstances may include extreme weather, heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, protests, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement in such circumstances will be communicated separately and may depend on recoverable amounts from service providers.
Unscripted Thrills will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and suitable alternative where possible.

8. Transportation

Transportation may be provided directly by Unscripted Thrills or through third-party transportation providers.
Vehicle type, route, pickup point, departure time, and other transportation arrangements may be subject to change.
Participants are responsible for reaching the designated reporting point on time unless otherwise confirmed.
Unscripted Thrills is not responsible for losses arising from delays, cancellations, traffic, road closures, breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any personal expenses resulting from a participant missing scheduled transportation may be borne by the participant.

9. Accommodation

Accommodation may be provided in hotels, camps, tents, guesthouses, homestays, or other suitable properties depending on the trip.
Room, tent, or accommodation allocation will be based on the package booked and availability.
Participants may be required to share accommodation with other participants where specified in the package.
Accommodation standards may vary depending on the destination and nature of the trip.
Any additional room upgrades, extra beds, meals, or services requested by participants may incur additional charges.

10. Permits & Government Regulations

Certain treks, destinations, protected areas, or activities may require permits or approvals.
Unscripted Thrills may assist with obtaining applicable permits where included in the package.
Participants must provide accurate documents and information required for permits.
Permit approval remains subject to the relevant authority.
Changes in government rules, permit requirements, entry restrictions, or local regulations may affect the itinerary.
Unscripted Thrills will not be responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from permit rejection, suspension, or government restrictions beyond its control.

11. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, electronic devices, cash, documents, and luggage throughout the trip.
Unscripted Thrills is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused directly by proven negligence of Unscripted Thrills.
Participants are advised to avoid carrying unnecessary valuables during treks and outdoor activities.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations are subject to the Unscripted Thrills Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation charges will depend on the type of trip and the number of days remaining before departure.
Payment gateway, transaction, convenience, and non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted separately.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary withdrawal after departure.
Bookings are non-transferable unless specifically approved by Unscripted Thrills.

13. Participant Behaviour

Unscripted Thrills aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Participants must not:

Engage in abusive, threatening, violent, or inappropriate behaviour.
Harass or discriminate against other participants, staff, guides, drivers, local residents, or service providers.
Damage accommodation, transportation, equipment, public property, or natural surroundings.
Disobey reasonable safety instructions.
Engage in activities that may put themselves or others at unnecessary risk.
Violate applicable local laws or regulations.

Unscripted Thrills reserves the right to remove a participant from a trip if their behaviour creates a safety risk, disrupts the group, or violates these Terms & Conditions. No refund will be provided in such cases.

14. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Activities

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and local regulations relating to alcohol, drugs, and prohibited substances.
Participation in activities while under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances may be restricted where it creates a safety concern.
Unscripted Thrills reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant where necessary for safety or legal reasons.

15. Photography & Videography

Photographs and videos may be taken during Unscripted Thrills trips for operational, promotional, social media, website, and marketing purposes.
By participating in a trip, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or videos captured during the experience.

16. Third-Party Services

Some services included in a trip may be provided by independent third-party partners, including:

Hotels and camps
Transportation providers
Local guides and trek operators
Activity providers
Permit authorities
Restaurants and other service providers

Unscripted Thrills will make reasonable efforts to work with reliable service providers. However, third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, operational limitations, and policies.

17. Liability

Unscripted Thrills will take reasonable care in planning and organising trips and selecting service providers.
However, travel and adventure activities involve risks that cannot always be eliminated.
Unscripted Thrills will not be responsible for losses, delays, injuries, expenses, or disruptions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This may include weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, transportation delays, strikes, civil disturbances, medical emergencies, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and adventure insurance before participating in a trip.
Depending on the destination and activity, insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage may be particularly advisable.
Participants are responsible for understanding the coverage and exclusions of their insurance policy.

19. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Unscripted Thrills may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect:

Changes in our services
Changes in operational procedures
Changes in applicable laws or regulations
Changes in safety requirements
Changes in booking or cancellation procedures

The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, making a payment, or participating in any trek, tour, camp, activity, or travel experience organised by Unscripted Thrills, the participant confirms that:

They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
They agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
They understand the inherent risks associated with travel and adventure activities.
They agree to follow the instructions of Unscripted Thrills staff, guides, and authorised service providers.
They acknowledge the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
